Both Geoff Boyz's act and delivery are uninspired, he is ceaselessly using material that is years old and wasn't particularly good when it was new without even a hint of embarrassment, and is only original because no one with any real talent or insight would have bothered to use it. Don't waste your money on it. Trust me.

What a pile of crap. How this guy gets away with such crap is baffling. A less funny person does not exist. Please stop going to see this useless shit and give fresh, intelligent and new comedy a chance. His more successful contemporaries like Les Dennis and Bobby Davro haven't been aloud to do their shit on telly for over a decade. I don't think punters should allow him to get away with the shit on stage!

Just saw him in Nottingham, where he was doing the same set as I saw him doing last year at the Old Vic, also saw him shouting at side stage while the show was on, very unprofessional, even before he started his 1990-written show.

I've seen Geoff just once, headlining at The Bearcat and it was a masterclass in stand up. He was amazing. The crowd loved him. He engaged them with brilliant observations, precise physical comedy and a charming ease on stage. He absolutely stormed the night I saw.
