I've seen him in performance twice and no matter how difficult the audience is it has not thrown him. He is a funny man no doubt about it, fast thinking and always an absolute gentleman.

I've seen Geoff a few times compere-ing at Surrey Students' Union and he is one of the most consistent performers around. Always good for a laugh, he works well with the crowd, and warms the audience up brilliantly for the following acts. His newspaper cuttings are always right on target, and I haven't seen him miss an opportunity for a joke yet

Geoff is a great compere and every time I have seen him he manages to lift the room and provide just the right atmosphere for the acts to thrive in. His material is consistently amusing and his banter with the audience never fails to get them on his side. On top of this he is a genuinely charming guy, who has always been very helpful to me personally and ready to give advice.
