Electric Forecast

Double act Electric Forecast - aka Dan Wright & Steve Marsh - started performing stand-up in 2001, when they reached the final of the City Life competition. They performed at the 2003 Edinburgh Festival and can still occasionally be seen on the circuit, but have more recently found a place on TV - where they are probably best known as Big Cook, Little Cook on Children's BBC. Other work includes presenting Big Brother’s Big Mouth on E4, starring in Crash Test Dummies on Sky 1 and presenting Celebrities Uncensored for Five - all in 2007. |

If Adam and Joe had had their scripts written by 'Nuts' writers you'd have Electric Forecast. They are infinitely funnier on 'Big Cook, Little Cook' which is where they should have stayed... Oh, they were in fact presenters on 'Nuts TV' whereupon they invited glamour models to chat to them while they peered down their tops and did "mind if I feel them" stuff. What a lovely sight for a child fan of Big Cook Little Cook to accidentally see. In short, they are after the cash so they can bum off. Mandy Allan, January 2010 |

Saw them in Hereford, really not impressed. A couple of funny moments but overall disappointing- a lot of physical face pulling and movement that didn't really achieve or add anything but all seemed a bit random. Did interact quite well with the audience although most seemed underwhelmed Lucy, May 2009 |

Have seen these guys twice and think that they are wicked. I've watched lots of comedy over the last ten years and don't understand why anyone would slag them off. they are truly original. Harry, August 2008 |

They are so bad! Actually, I'd say that they are shocking. Ha shocking! It's funny because they heve 'electric' in their name... Alex, July 2008 |

Two mature drama-students of dubious comedic ability who got very very lucky. They're annoying and unfunny as hell whenever on TV, and their live act is as dubious as the short one' s ludicrous comb-over hairstyle. Awful stuff. Denny, November 2007 |

I really enjoyed watching these two. Together they make a fantastic comedy duo. Would definitely recommend seeing Electric Forecast Donna, July 2007 |

I saw these fellas at the Electric Mouse in Brixton on May 16. A very high energy entrance by these young men, me and my sister were in the front row and my sister got a kiss from the redhead guy, I felt rather cheated! I’m the single one! They have a very endearing quality of making each other laugh in the act; as well as everyone in the crowd. On the whole, a very refreshing and original set, lots of dancing around and clowning. These two will go far! Miss Jones, May 2007 |
