Not funny, quite rude and can't handle hecklers very well - should just get a normal job. Yvonne Muirhead, February 2010 |

One of the funniest comedians I have ever seen. Jeremy, April 2008 |

This was the man hosting at Malvern Theatre on Thursday. We (a group of 8) have been going to the Jongleur's show at the theatre since they began and I can honestly say I have never felt the need to look someone up before! Unanimously agreed in our group, and judging by the reaction of the other 500 odd audience members, simply the funniest comedian ever to grace our town. I have never heard of Chortle before but I will certainly look again to see how his career is progressing. The highlight of my year by a long stretch. Thank you. Imogen, December 2007 |

He's now in my list of favourites. Been reading his blog for 6 months now and got to see him for the first time on Friday in Glasgow. I literally left with a stitch from laughing so hard. Paula Fegbeutal, November 2007 |

Absolute and utter rubbish, not funny, not clever and totally boring nonsense. Bad timing and embarrasing to watch Ricardo Mendez, November 2007 |

I first saw Danny in 2001 and I thought he was awful, and more than a little cocky. So when I arrived at Hampstead on saturday to watch Omid Djalili I was disappointed to see that Danny was supporting. What a shock to the system I was in for! He was incisive, cheeky, fun and brilliantly funny. In fact, 15 minutes in to Omid, I was starting to want Danny back on stage. Nothing short of absolutely fantastic. Tom Bailey, November 2007 |

Danny was at Carey's in Coventry this week and was easily the best comic I've seen this year (with the possible exception of Stewart Lee). Most of us were in tears by the time he finished. Come back soon Danny! Carla from Nuneaton, June 2007 |

Danny stood out from the crowd by a long way but he wasn't on stage long enough. Really brilliant. Can't wait to see him again. Lynn & Chris Walker, April 2007 |
