Aren' they a bit old to be doing this kind of comedy? A poor man's Trevor and Simon. Winnie, January 2003 |
I think they're great Gary Delaney, October 2002 |

Colin and Rob laugh at themselves and the double act tradition and do it in their own way (for anyone who suggests that they lack originality). I don't think the act is supposed to be a string of "proper jokes" and the well-crafted illusion of appearing to be a pair of overly enthusiastic amateurs is a part of their appeal. They're not trying to be cool. The writing is good and their timing is excellent. Having seen them several times now, they are extremely professional in what they do. It is still early days for them, of course. But I hope these guys get the success, that in my opinion, they deserve Smith, October 2002 |

Their show is like some really bad end-of-term drama student review. They need to go away and write some proper jokes. Janey, September 2002 |
Went down really well, not the most originasl of acts but brilliant all the same Nik Hill, September 2002 |
Although balding, gormless and completely talentless they seem to land on their feet every time. Shame it wasn't their heads. Broome, August 2002 |
Tired, obvious stuff. Have seen these guys die horribly three times and I'm well sick of "Aren't I skinny, isn't he fat". Jim P, August 2002 |

I had Colin and Rob do an open spot for me at Reading Uni, and they put on a superb show, which the audience thoroughly enjoyed. They have a well honed ability to project their likeable comic persona's, and will easily win rapport with most audiences. And Colin's navel really is quite an odd sight. Gary Brooks, July 2002 |
