April Fool for Mencap

Another week, another benefit. After Comic Relief and the Royal Albert Hall’s Teenage Cancer Trust gig, and amid a smattering of post-earthquake fundraisers (Russell Howard headlines a biggie at London’s Lyric Theatre on the 11th), comes this April Fool gig for Mencap, boasting such a hugely impressive line-up that they could surely have filled the 3,000-capacity Hammersmith Apollo several times over.
Jo Brand, with her background in mental health, was the obvious choice of host, and used her expertise to clarify the difference between learning difficulties, where Mencap works, and mental illness in the only momentary bit of earnestness of the night. More importantly, she is increasingly adopting the role of comedy’s matron, an unflappable rock of stability who, knows there’s a job to be done, so will damn well get on and do it as no one else can be trusted to. She suffers no nonsense in life, or on stage, batting away the ironic wolf-whistles with her world-weary shrug.
The compering duties were occasionally taken up by with an under-used Miranda Hart, perhaps showing the charity can attract more big names than it quite knows what to do with. Still, it’s always nice to see her.

First full act of the night was the seemingly ubiquitous Jack Whitehall, turned out uncharacteristically smartly in a tailored suit. He mixed some topical issues, including the Midsomer Murders race row, with broader observational material such as his nostalgia for the simpler times of the Nokia 3310 mobile phone. Whitehall often comes across as a vessel for effective but impersonal gags that could be performed by almost anybody, and tonight was not exception. He performs flawlessly, and the writing is strong - although nothing in his set defines him as an individual.
The increasingly animated Chris Addison, however, has his own style, exaggerating simple remarks into cascading rapids of indignant fury. The impracticality of Ugg boots is often commented on, for example, but in his resolutely middle-class grouchiness, the rant is irresistibly impassioned; the fact that its trigger is so trivial making it all the more amusing. Nor is it only a tour de force of passion; the Thick Of It star has an eye for hilarious juxtaposition, as his Pope routine incontrovertibly proves.
Next, Miranda introduced her Hyperdrive co-star Kevin Eldon, who initially baffled the audience with his fragmented, surreal nonsense, as he deliberately struggled to find a coherent catchphrase and jiggled about with Cleesian crazy legs in a segment that perhaps belied his origins as an actor rather than a naturalistic stand-up. Even by the end of his offbeat set, I’m not convinced most knew what to make of him, although his comic songs gave more than enough inventive wit to relate to, whether in the form of the French Proclaimers or the witty, and beautifully executed, My CDs Jump.
Another of Miranda’s screen colleagues, next with Not Going Out’s Lee Mack and his supercharged Lancastrian charm. He blasted through such proven-to-be-effective routines as applying cinema’s ‘strong language’ warnings to real life, the Scouse dialect, or one-armed CBBC presenter Cerrie Burnell. Everything’s a joke to Mack – which, counterintuitively, isn’t a universal a approach in comedy these days – but it gives his routine an unprepossessing cherry charm, with a sackful of gags to match. It’s a grand combination, which made for a hugely entertaining turn.
After Catherine Tate literally poked her head around the stage flaps – why? – came the first genuine arena-filler of the night, in the bullet-headed form of Al Murray. The cracking pace of his audience banter, combined with the familiarity of his character which means we instantly know his views on, say, the male textiles teacher he unearths, makes this knockabout fun. His attempts to get the theatre involved in a shoutalong rendition on Incy Wincy Spider had mixed results, but the sight of a grown man dancing so emphatically, like a Thunderbirds puppet controlled by a two-year-old, is inherently uproarious.
Ms Tate returned for her proper turn at the start of part two, reprising the decade-old sketch where her favourite Nan character originated. It was from Lee Mack’s Perrier-nominated Edinburgh show, so with her old companion also on hand to provide her senile husband, this was an interesting slice of comic nostalgia. In this version, there’s hints of a role reversal, with Mack’s pensioner acting like an archetypal ‘old woman’ dithering over a familiar face on TV, while the wife has more masculine traits of swearing and vicious impatience.
Another treat next as Harry Hill made a rare return to the live comedy arena – and it’s marvellous to have him back, with his disjointed surrealism adding to his inventive, eccentric jokes – rather than being a fig leaf to conceal their absence. The style has become familiar, but there’s still plenty of invention in the writing, while his affectation of singing random song lyrics is made all the funnier given the overtly sexual content of the modern hits he chooses seems so out of place coming from a big-collared loon. Hopefully this is a precursor to more.
Stewart Francis, though perhaps not as well known as most of the comics on this bill, nonetheless proved a hit with his collection of impeccable one-liners, delivered with zen-like poise. His set offered a mix of old and new, but his well-honed gags bear repeated listening, while there’s certainly some prime contenders for future classics among the freshly-minted material. A class act.
Lucy Porter claimed this was her first night on stage since becoming a mum, and if true, would explain why much of her material about the romance going out of her relationship and the trails of motherhood seemed underpowered. Like many of her recent shows, it’s Porter’s delightful, elfin charm that ensures our attention, while the laughs need beefing up – and condensing. There are long build-ups to mid-level punchlines here. Still, she left us on her tried-and-tested routine about bank security questions than ensured she exited on a high.
So who was to be the headliner among the headliners? Step forward Sean Lock, with his appealing mix of insight, silliness and restrained performance; nicely building up a routine from a simple observation about the suitability of pirates as children’s icon, though to delightfully-expressed jibes at Jordan’s expense and on to a brilliantly imagined flight of fancy in which Madonna becomes (or is) a grotesque, sexually voracious predator, which he acts out with disturbing conviction. Don’t have nightmares.
He proved fine end to a fine night, the likes of which we won’t see until… well, the next star-heavy benefit. They’re a generous lot, comics.

I think that Catherine Tate is awesome. It is clear that the teenage girl is a big hit and she should keep up doing the series. I am a huge fan and so are all my friends. Laura 15 13.12.05

Invent some catchphrases and characters, then flog them to death every week. Every show is exactly the same as all the others. But then, that's the current trend in British comedy sketch shows - see The Fast Show, Little Britain...funny ideas, but repeated ad nauseam. That's why Monty Python's Flying Circus was such genius. Ok, many of the sketches didn't work, or have aged, but for sheer inventiveness it knocks spots off the likes of Catherine Tate.

Please bring back the Belfast mum with the gay son!
Liz Johnson - 27/10/2007
Please... More Catherine Tate soon! But less canned laughter - she doesn't need it and it's insulting.
georgie - 26/07/2007
The funniest comic on TV
Uilliame - 12/06/2007
Dire and repetitive....I wouldn't mind the catchphrases if the rest of the material was funny. The Goon Show had catchphrases but at least it managed to be intelligent and funny. I admire Catherine as a comic actor and I think that's where her strength lies and not in writing.
colin - 03/06/2007
Her show is merely an attempt to meet our EU shite quotas. Dire, repetitive guff. I'd boo the TV if it would walk off.
jackie - 14/04/2007
She's ace! I wish she'd do more shows!
devon johnson - 31/01/2007
She's an hilarious, funny comedian - makes all my family laugh

"How dare they, how absolutely dare they" say anything negative about our Catherine or her Nan.
João Fino - 06/11/2006
I don't even like to watch television, but since The Catherine Tate's show apeared I'm stuck to the box every sunday, religiously. I believe she is the best actress I've seen ever. She controls comedy and drama with such simplicity and she´s a superb observer of human behaviour.
Mandy De Sousa - 04/11/2006
I am a huge fan of Catherine Tate. I think she is brilliant!! Clever, down to earth, genuine comedy. A little bit of all of us shown in each of her characters. Genuis! She should also cut a record - has a fab voice.
Bev Beattie - 30/08/2006
Absoluteley the best comedian I have ever seen, I am British but live in the USA and I miss the English humour, but since watching Catherine Tate I feel at home.
Mark - 18/08/2006
Worth watching at least once. Doesn't appeal to everyone.
Jason - 14/08/2006
Catherine Tate produces very good comedy. Her sublime timing and delivery though are the only components that keep her repetitive characters (Lauren, Derek and Zebidi) bearable. However Nan Taylor is incredibly, brilliantly performed and regularly outperforms the whole episode, which, in the third series could be a pitfall in her deserved sucsess.
MacJohn - 03/08/2006
The characters are repetitive but relentless. The idea of such as the 'wot are you like' couple is to annoy you and judging by some of the comments viewers are taking it to heart. I wish viewers and commenters would stop being so uptight and just enjoy Tate's team's talent - they will progress. If you are looking for intellectual Stephen Fry lines then go watch Stephen Fry
Sam - 01/08/2006
I am so glad to have found The Catherine. I have watched Ab Fab over and over again and I am a huge fan of theirs. She is the closest thing that I have found to their sense of humor. I am a Southern Girl - and I just adore her. She has many fans here in the great state of Texasuly ledgendary style, I saw one small session and I just want to see more of him, so funny he had my sides spliting
J Bauer - 29/07/2006
The League of Gentlemen, Little Britain and Catherine Tate are all very funny and spot on a lot of the time. You really can't compare them to each other. They all miss the mark occasionally, but for the most part they are television worth watching
Steve Montgomery - 19/07/2006
Catherine Tate is British comedy at its best. She is superb and the characters are well grounded. Excellent comedy - a more modern version of Dick Emery, Benny Hill and Harry Enfield. Catherine Tate rocks
Barry Norris - 19/07/2006
I am sure Catherine is a very nice woman.. but funny she aint'... her comedy seems to be a poor rip off of Little Britain and I hope the BBC recognise that soon and get rid of her.
Stephen - 14/07/2006
Absurdly, painfully and unrelentingly unfunny. Perhaps the most unbelievable of sketches is the 'What am I like' couple. Upon seeing this sketch, you're almost guaranteed to cram your fist into your mouth in the vain hope you'll lose consciousness before you are subjected to another of the catchphrases. Standing alongside shows like Little Britain (which is perhaps not as funny as some make it out to be), the Catherine Tate Show falls short in every area it should reach. It isn't entertaining - unless you're completely mental - it isn't funny, and it's not even a good waste of a half hour. This time could be better spent banging your head on a table, and you'd probably be more entertained.
N Baker - 14/07/2006
Catherine Tate is 200% talent. She is so refreshing and different. Given her immense ability to change from one very unique character to the next, I would love to see her in a TV drama role i think she would be fantastic. She makes me and my mum laugh out loud and we look forward to watching her every night. Give us more
KD - 06/07/2006
There s no getting away from the fact that she s immensely talented, but is she funny? To me the material's okay but seen one show, seen em all. She reminds me of Tracey Ullman, when the comedy became secondary to the first objective, which was to show us at every moment of every show of every series, just how talented she was. I am an exiled Brit living in Chicago and recently saw Catherine Tate for the first time on BBC America. I was fed up with Am I Bovvered before the end of the sketch and the closet gay guy is the same every week. But the point was really made when I saw a sketch where the police were offering her a safe haven as an escape from the stigma of being .ginger. Not really funny but that s almost beside the point. What was the idea behind the Liverpudlian accent? To once again show us that she can do yet another accent brilliantly. The weak comedy got lost in it all. Why wouldn t it have worked as well in her own accent? This clever lady would be better employed as a character actress. Her show clashes with one here called The Chelsea Handler Show. Handler will never make mainstream American TV (the material is just to raunchy But she is funny and original and when doing a sketch, plays herself and lets the strength of the comic material carry the act. Look and learn Catherine, look and learn. Make the show funny and be yourself more. The look-at-me-aren t- I-talented act will soon grow tiresome.
Gina - 04/07/2006
You have got to be kidding me, this show is painfully unfunny. Every time I now here a kid say 'Bothered' it makes me want to to rip their throat out
Smith - 04/07/2006
The absolute best comedy sketch series ever. Best characters? Oh my god, where do you begin? From foul-mouth nan, the 'how very dare you' guy, 'what am I like' couple, the party sketch where CT mimics someone's physical defects, the American diner waitress, and the 'dirty, robbing bastards' couple . Absolutely brilliant!
Kevin - 27/06/2006
A class act, head and shoulders above any comedy I have seen for years. More please
Sue - 15/06/2006
I lost my only child last June (a son aged 36) and then saw the Catherine Tate show on TV. I couldn't help laughing at this very very talented lady, so thank-you Catherine for putting the laughter back in my life. My son's hero was the late great Tony Hancock, but each comedian has their own unique style and all I can really say is 'Keep making me laugh Catherine'
Nikki - 30/05/2006
Thank you so much Catherine for not only making me laugh - but now my friends who have compared me to that hilarious couple from Essex "what are you like, you never, I dunno"...Catherine is just sheer talent and a great find and catch to British comedy! Your Gran would be proud
Bernard - 19/05/2006
Okay, it's fair to say that Harry Enfield and many others have done this kind of observational humour before, but Catherine manages to see things from a different, refreshing perspective. It takes a lot to make me laugh, and Catherine does it for me.
Fiona O'Dwyer - 16/05/2006
Tate is a breath of fresh air. I cant tolerate stand-up comedians because they just arent funny. This girl is a triumph. She expertly carries off her characters especially the "grandmother". Fantastic
Alan Rankin - 15/05/2006
Catherine Tate is brilliant. Her timing is impeccable, and I have encountered many personalities that are apparent in her characterisations, which had me laughing so hard, I thought my sides would split. She can be so convincing. I purchased series 1 on DVD, and am eagerly awaiting the release of series 2, on DVD
Lauren D - 13/05/2006
The Catherine Tate Show is by far the best comedy show I have ever seen. She plays the characters so brilliantly it's hard to explain, yet the show is hilariously funny too.
Rupert Sands - 09/05/2006
Utterly appalling. The BBC and channel 4 seem determined to prove that there are as many funny women as men, so we get Catherine Tate, Green Wing (produced and 'created' by Victoria Piles), plus that dreadful new thing Feel the Force on BBC2. They are all diabolical. Compare all this drivel to French and Saunders and Victoria Wood and see which you think is best.
Pete - 29/04/2006
Very very funny
Carolyn - 27/03/2006
Catherine Tate is the most talented comediene I have ever had the pleasure of watching.Very funny and I think she is the best comedy actress this country has ever produced.
J Edwards - 22/03/2006
We live next door to a couple of elderly gents, who explain their relationship as 'colleagues' now rerired, the wife once indicated she thought them very sweet old couple, to be met by a hissy fit of 'How very dare you!' etc. Cant help thinking Catherine Tate knows them too. Very brilliantly observed.
Janine Murray - 20/03/2006
This is the funniest programme I've seen in ages! The woman is a comical genius. The Detective/Whittaker is one of the best sketches I've ever witnessed. Come on people, you have to be made of wood not to laugh at it. We need more series.
Shannon - 03/03/2006
Recently in London I caught the show. Positively brilliant! I hope it comes to the US and soon. My children couldn't get enough of her.
Lawrence - 01/03/2006
Catherine Tate is a jewel in the crown of comedy! I caught a few episodes on South African TV. Had a fit of laughter. Bought the entire 1st series on DVD. You go girl
Richard Gardham - 01/03/2006
Probably the least funny thing I have ever seen. Her observations have all been done to death by far more skilful comedians. Comedy for people that don't like comedy.
Mike - 24/02/2006
I can't understand why anyone would compare Catherine Tate to Little Britain or the Fast Show. Those shows relied on thin characters, obvious visual devices, and of course repetitive and frankly meaningless catch phrases. Tate's characters have real depth, are acted with feeling and imbued with such a life of their own I can't believe Nan, Lauren and Bernie aren't really out there somewhere with their own lives. Nobody believes Vicky Pollard in quite the same way - funny though that character is
Nana J - 24/02/2006
She is a funny lady, little bit rude though, but makes us all laugh
Kloe Sandlin - 16/02/2006
I absolutely LOVE the Catherine Tate Show i watch it with my mum all the time and even after a crappy day it always cheers us up
Colin - 15/02/2006
Catherine Tate? Hilarious indeed! The funniest show since Little Britain. Very well observed humour charicaturing everyday people
Xeph - 13/02/2006
Catherine Tate rocks! Her characters are brilliant and she performs amazingly. My favourite sketches are with the dimwit information receptionist on the second episode, which I hope to see more of in the future. Id also like to see more of the useless posh mummy, fabulous. The teenage girl gets a bit too much at times, but its still funny in small doses. Gran is superbly crafted and its hard to imagine there's a young Tate inside that foul-mouthed biddy. I have to defend the show against some of the critisism here. Repetitive catchphrase comedy has always worked for British comedy shows, so Tate's characters are winners. Keep up the great work
Sarah - 12/02/2006
Catherine Tate. Oh my god where do I start? I've never seen a comedian like her before! The old nan to Lauren that's never "bovvered"! All of her sketches are great! 10/10 for sure. Can't wait to see more of her stuff.
KH - 11/02/2006
I really enjoy her show, however, I think that she needs a few more "one off" characters rather than endless regulars. She needs to do more sketches like the drunk estate agent who you never see again and less of Lauren et al who you see every episode
Louise Thomas - 04/02/2006
I love the Catherine Tate show i just can't get enough of it. I will never get tired of her sketches as they always seem to get funnier and funnier. She seems to capture the personality of everyday people so you can relate to her characters. Catherine Tate is the funniest comedy i have seen in a long while and i hope she is continues to amaze us for years to come.
Darren - 03/02/2006
Terrible, below average, and unfunny. British humour has become so cheap, with endless F words and vulgarity. Her sketches are not even SLIGHTLY funny. Complete crap of the highest orde
Tariq Khan - 02/02/2006
She is an amazing character actress and a genius comedy writer. I can't wait for the new series and hopefully some live performances soon
Karen - 01/02/2006
Tate's credible, although extreme at times, characterisation and 'less is more' approach proves she is brilliant at her craft. It can only get better
Patrick Wylde - 29/01/2006
How can anyone find The Catherine Tate Show funny, I can't remember a time when I have laughed
P Hagon - 28/01/2006
It is shocking to laugh at charecters that are so close to reality in our society, but thank the lord we can. As one reviewer has said "Gran" is superb especialy when giving shocked youth a taste of their own tongue. A splendid and well observed cocktail of the idiosincratic make up of the British
Cat - 27/01/2006
The Catherine Tate show is the best show ever. As a teenage girl, I love saying 'Am i bovvered' and i find the show absoloutely hilarious
Lauren - 24/01/2006
Catherine Tate is a genius i think she based her characters on myself. Her nan impression is my nan, im Lauren and my friend is Bernie. It's great.
Amber - 23/01/2006
I think Catherine Tate is the best comedian on TV today. She is hilarious and she has an amazing repertoire in terms of acting and comedic presence. She's fantastic
John Howe - 22/01/2006
Brilliant Christmas special, Old Gran Taylor is excellent!
Julian - 05/01/2006
She can be glamorous at times too, but at the end of the day - many, many of the sketches rely on repetition of a \'hook\' catchphrase ... and again ... and again - ad nauseum in some cases. Sure - some great comedy does rely on repetition - but SO many characters here seem to have originated from that well a little too often. When a season\'s opening episode creaks under the sheer weight of this comedic \'tool\' - then the subsequent episodes quickly have you begging you for a swift conclusion. Julian 05.01.06
Marisa - 05/01/2006
I saw her show on the airplane coming from the UK to the US and couldn\'t get enough of her. I wish her DVD came in an American format- I\'d pay big bucks for it. I haven\'t seen character acting as good as this in a long, long time. Marisa 05.01.06
Shelly Farmer - 05/01/2006
This has been the best show on TV for a long long time. She is pure delight as everyone knows someone that she minmics on her show. Please please please do a tour and come to Brighton. Shelly Farmer 05.01.06
Stephen - 04/01/2006
I think Catherine Tate is totally hilarious. I have to agree with Nadia when she said \'she makes normal everyday life so funny\'. The first time I saw Catherine Tate on the tely was when she appeared on Children in Need last year, so when I saw her christmas special advertised on telly, I just had to watch it and what a show it was. The swearing gran at the end was so funny, it was unbelievable. Stephen 04.01.06
Person - 02/01/2006
The Catherine Tate Show, is at best a very poor and unfunny show. The characters are ridiculous and the show should never be even compared to the brilliant Little Britain. Admittedly at some times her characters can raise a smile and maybe even a slight laugh, but this is very rare and may only happen once every show, if that. Person 02.01.06
Wendy Hampson - 25/12/2005
The Catherine Tate Christmas Special was a sheer joy. If something makes you laugh, then it\'s good, Catherine kept me laughing all through the show. And I will remember the Gran sketch in the Old People\'s Home for a long time to come, also Bernie\'s sketh was very good. Obviously we won\'t all like every sketch, but there are lots of sketches in Little Britain and the Fast Show that are repetitive. Catherine is brilliant. Wendy Hampson 25.12.05
Louise - 23/12/2005
Really good show, i havent laughed that much for ages Louise 23.12.05
Tim - 23/12/2005
The Catherine Tate show is as unfunny as unfunny can be. As unfunny as the dull and bafflingly popular Little Britain or the cringeingly bad Kath and Kim. Juvenile and laugh-free pap... finding an audience, sadly it seems, mostly with those who only appreciate catchphrase comedy: \'am I bovvered\' etc., etc. The show is to comedy sketch shows what the Crazy Frog is to music. Tim 23.12.05
Sam - 22/12/2005
I have not lauged as much in years, the Gran character is done with such humour and its hilarious to watch, with her cockney accent and selective deafness, just like my gran - but worset! By far the funniest woman on TV at this time Sam 22.12.05
Pete Owen - 21/12/2005
The Nan sketch with Charlotte Church was IMO the funniest thing on TV this year. Not everything hits the mark, but neither does Little Britain. Pete Owen 21.12.05

Don\'t find her funny at all. She clearly wants to be the next Little Britain, but without the initial talent, the unplesant characters just have nothing going for them; they\'re simply annoying, repulsive or both A Viewer 21.12.05

Nick - 18/12/2005
I find Catherine Tate\'s comedy extremely likeable, even when it Isn\'t exactly genius in the wit department. She is a superb comic actress, but I agree with some that it\'s a shame that she hasn\'t got someone on the writing team to just make it something even more special, because her performances are brilliant. Best characters are the obvious: Lauren, Gran, Derek and Bernie the Nurse. Nick 18.12.05

Catherine is a brilliant performer, both as an actress and as a comedienne. She has created some unforgetable characters, (the foul mouthed gran and the gormless cockney couple who wet themselves over any trivial thing, being my favourites.)
She is as funny as funny gets and I hope she makes many more shows that illustrate her versatile talents. Pete 07.11.05
Mike - 04/11/2005
The foul mouthed gran is very funny for five minutes the first time you see her. The other characters are funny for about 10 seconds, with the exception of the screeching woman who infuriates from the first time she utters that screech. As for the brainless moronic couple, you only have to travel on public transport to see their likes any time and place. Trash like this has no place on a national TV channel. Mike 04.11.05

All of Catherine Tate\'s characters within both series have been superb and have delivered first class comedy entertainment that I for one would like to see continue. Well done Catherine and the rest of the supporting actors and writers on this brilliant series. Marc 08.10.05

Totally unfunny. A rehash of other people\'s characters. NC 05.10.05

Young school girl to old granny - she is brilliant. A very funny, talented lady. We look forward to the next series. Nice to see her on the Jonathan Ross Show too. Shirl 25.09.05

I enjoy the majority of the Catherine Tate show. A lot of the humour is predictable and many of the sketches are simply too long and she relies too much on catchphrase humour (e.g am I bothered, that\'s pretty boring now). Her humour is at times bland and uneventful but some sketches can be hilarious! The gay guy, Derek, is hilarious as is her infamous "gran". I loved the Irish nurse that featured more in the earlier series and the TV decetive spoof. Catherine Tate has a lot of talent but basically needs to shorten certain sketches and not wear them out too quickly. I prefer my humour slightly more surreal but this is all right for a laugh if you need one. Martha 17.09.05

I have found that the Catherine Tate Show extremely funny and that all the sketches are very cleverly written and performed. I find the flair and humour of the show so funny, and I am just gasping for more of this wickedly hilarious show Duncan Rapley 17.09.05

The problem with any of these sketch shows, is that you need lots of good characters to keep it going for half an hour, let alone a whole series. At least The Fast Show and Little Britain to a lesser extent had more than one performer and so more comedy characters. They will always generate "catchphrase comedy" because of the observations made by the performer of ordinary people (the gran, the bothered teenager). Good comedy has always come from being believable and if you know people like these you\'ll find it all the more hilarious. I think CT is an excellent observant comedienne, but her show is funny for 5-10 mins per episode, because it can\'t stay fresh for along unless you change the characters or have very, very good writers. The place for these comics is surely on a showcase where they\'re on for 5mins per week with 5 others to make a half hour programme Steve Davis 19.08.05

Catherine Tate is ok. However, I don\'t think she is anything new or clever. We\'ve seen it all before with the brilliant French and Saunders and the somewhat amusing "Little Britain. Catherine brings nothing new to the table. It\'s as if the BBC found a cloning device and ran with it. JL 16.01.05

Catherine Tate is so amazing.I How she does the different voices I don\'t know. She is the greatest comedian I know of. 10/10 in my rating. Alice O\'Leary 18.01.06
