I like Benny Hill's work. I really don't give a rat's ass if he found it, bought it or stole it.

In response to those who now write that Benny Hill stole comedy material, the comedy world is a community that was created by taking the best of others and improving it. If Benny took others material, he made it better than it was with his genius.

Benny was a brilliant comedian and I'm sure many of the stories about hime stealing gags may have have a ring of truth, but are probably exaggerated.

It is a shame that the British media chose to tar and feather one of their all time greats. God bless you Benny, from one of your hometown brothers.

Benny is missed by everyone who enjoyed his clever wit and well timed lines. He was the master of the double entendre. The day he died was one of the saddest days I can recall. I recently purchased one of his collections on VHS. I nearly wet myself while watching it. I'm sure he will be remembered as one of the giants of British comedy and also as a truly talented and wonderful person. God bless you Benny.

Benny Hill was a classic in his own time. He was without a doubt, the greatest and most enjoyable comedian I've ever seen, and I'm 68 years old...
