Ben Norris offstage is also one of the funniest off-the-cuff comics in the world. He made up a story about being a teacher in an all girls school that made my daughter Ashley and I laugh so much we spat tea all over each other... He knows what I am talking about. This man is GOD! Love him...funny as fuck.

Saw Ben compere at Up The Creek in Maidstone last weekend. Small and sometimes difficult crowd. Absolutely brilliant. Didn't seem to have a set act and just went off the cuff. Cracking.

In terms of natural ability,Ben is as funny as any man alive. It's relatively easy to go on stage, tell a joke and get a laugh - Norris is very good at that. But to produce a joke from thin air, based on audience interaction,and to get an even bigger laugh than for the planned stuff,that's the mark of a truly funny man. Supreme!
