This guy didn't make me laugh once. Matt, December 2005 |
An absolute joy. Ihaven't laughed so much in ages. By far the best act of the night Clare Wolverhampton, December 2005 |
Hmmm, his act played on the comment that his name is White, but he is not. I would say observational humour is not this man s strong point. While Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor and Paul Mooney etc have paved the way for modern day young bloods and minority based humour, there is a disturbing shadow of self hatred hovering over his own brand of stereotype based stand up. He comes across as the devil spawn love child of Bernard Manning and Uncle Tom. It is a shame the black and white minstrel show is gone. This bloke missed his calling. Rebs, October 2005 |
A pleasure and a joy Shane McTease, April 2005 |
The funniest and freshest comedian since Harry Hill. Saw him on Sunday at King Knuts in Peterborough, and he oozed comedy His press photo must be off an old school bus pass because his afro has grown out of control since he won The Weaklest Lin'. Highlight of his act was seeing him deal with an imaginary heckler (the mic gave 3 random feedback hisses during his set), but he worked into his routine so by the creating a new character 'the Peterborough poltergiest. Lovely stuff. Steve Gonzalez, March 2005 |
Fantastic, I haven't laughed so much in a long time. Really really enjoyable. Sally Whitehead, January 2005 |
Andy's always been a good comedian, but now at the end of 2004 I must say he is without doubt one of the most enjoyable comics to watch perform. Laugh out loud funny from the start of his set right through to the end, with no dips whatsoever. Brilliant. Warren, December 2004 |
I thought he was amazing. A fresh look at comedy and an ever changing style really keeps the audience on their toes. Clarke Baldwin, September 2004 |
