Re thr comment: 'I'd even go as far as aggressive and smug!' I totally disagre! He definately isn't aggressive, just confident about his own ability and, hey if you ain't confident then what hope do you have in comedy?
Just a bit dull and not anywhere near as good as he thinks he is! I'd even go as far as aggressive and smug!
Hello, just testing
I don't think his delivery is underpowered at all. The fact that he doesn't jump around the stage shows a level of maturity and self-belief that I can only admire. In my opinion, it's an attitude that makes him stand out from the crowd because he does comedy the way he chooses. Admittedly, I have only seen him once in Edinburgh but I was very impressed. This guy is going to be very successful.
This is a harsh review. I've seen him rip it up time and time again. If you look through every comedian's set you will find that - shock horror - they all talk about familiar subjects to some degree. It's the way you talk about it that counts. And Aaron invariably makes it funny. Some of his lines are that good, I will piss myself laughing every time I hear them. Which is a testament to the quality of his writing and his delivery. He deserves better than the scrooge-like quality of this review
